Schedule

This course will allow rolling enrolments.   Purchase your place in the course and you will be contacted in regard to your enrolment and start date.   The date of 1 December 2020 is a nominal date to ensure this course is available for purchase.

Prerequisites

Entry to this program requires learners to hold a TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment qualification.    Students must produce a certified copy of their Statement of Attainment or a USI Transcript for validation of holding the TAE40110 qualification.

- You must complete a compulsory pre-training review before attending class.

What You Learn

·         Determine the focus of assessment tools from benchmarks and Units of Competency

·         Design the assessment tools in line with the ASQA Standards and both industry and student expectations and contexts

·        Develop the assessment tools to meet quality requirements of RTOs, Review, Trial and modify the assessment tools

What You Get

Upon successful completion, you’ll receive a Statement of Attainment for credit and certification for the following accredited units from TAE40116 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment:

Description

This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to design and to develop assessment tools used to guide the collection of quality evidence, including their application in formative, summative and recognition of prior learning (RPL) assessment. It applies to experienced practitioners responsible for the development and/or delivery of training and assessment products and services.  This course provides learners with one of the ASQA required units to be eligible to be employed in the Australian VET Sector.
