Description

The training aims to provide manual handling training for home maintenance and outdoor workers.

The course content will include the following:

  • Introduction to safe lifting
  • Identification of manual handling hazards
  • Best practice for manual handling when performing home maintenance and outdoor work tasks
  • Practical demonstrations
