What You Learn
Learn the basics of selecting, applying and removing hair extensions, including using bead and tape application methods.
This course is suited to those with experience in hairdressing or barbering as cutting and styling skills and tools are required to complete this workshop.
What You Get
You will receive a certificate on completion.
Extension kit, products and equipment are supplied on the day.
Non Accredited Training
This course is non-accredited which means no Unit of Competency is completed, no assessment is required and no Statement of Attainment will be issued. Students will receive a Certificate of Attendance to acknowledge their participation.

Learning valuable skills for hair and beauty
In this course, you’ll learn to apply hair extension services, both for a full and partial head, using both hair tapes and beads.
You’ll learn to apply hair extensions to increase the length and volume of hair, and introduce additional colours using different types of mixes.
Guidance will be provided throughout the design process so that you can learn how to create volume and length, and select strand sizes to match the design using bonding equipment.
