You’ll also receive credit and certification for the following units from SHB30321 - Certificate III in Nail Technology

SHBBNLS009 - Apply acrylic nail enhancements

SHBBNLS008 - Apply gel  and dip power nail enchancements

Description

START LEARNING TO FINISH NAILS

Nail enhancements in UV gel and acrylic

This course covers the skills and techniques to design and complete acrylic and gel nail enhancements including French tips, backfills, coloured gels, overlays, refills and removals. Students MUST supply models as requested. This is an accredited course - 2 units

Application and Entry Requirements

You can apply for this course via Direct Entry.

Direct Entry - apply directly to the Institute by speaking to the Course Coordinator. More details can be found at the Customer Service Centre.

Enrolment Process

You’ll only be able to start the enrolment process once the selection and eligibility criteria are finalised.

Prior to enrolling, you must get an Enrolment Form, available from the Course Coordinator, and you must get it signed by the Course Coordinator. Once the Course Coordinator has signed the Enrolment Form, you’ll have to take this with:

  • Evidence of eligibility documentation*,

  • Payment, and

  • Any concession card (not valid for Diploma and Advanced Diploma level courses)

to the Customer Service Centre at any of our campuses.

You’ll Need A Unique Student Identifier

To study any nationally recognised training in Australia, you must have a Unique Student Identifier (USI). Your USI links to an online account that contains your training records and all results for any training you’ve completed after 1 January 2015.

With a USI you’ll always have easy access to your training records and results – this will simplify applying for jobs or enrolling in further study.

You must have a USI when you enrol – especially if you want to use VET Fee Help to defer your fees.

You will also need photographic proof of identification (which includes your date of birth).

Victorian Training Guarantee

The Victorian Training Guarantee makes TAFE training more accessible to people who do not have a post-school qualification or who want to gain a higher level qualification than they already have.
